Our scrumptious breakfast costs R50 for an additional guest staying in the room.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required to confirm a booking. Reservations are guaranteed in writing after payment has been received. The balance is payable before/on the actual day of booking in. The settlement of extras should be finalized before departure.

For reservations made 0 – 7 days before the actual arrival date, 100% of the entire stay is payable:

• For cancellations on arrival or during the stay, the full payment due will be levied. No show will result in 100% of the stay levied.
• In the event of premature departure, the charge of the full extent of stay will be levied.
• Cancellation 0 – 13 days before the date of arrival, or no show will result in 100% of the deposit forfeited.
• Cancellation 14 – 28 days before the date of arrival will result in 50% of the deposit forfeited.
• Cancellation 28 days or more prior to arrival – 10% of the deposit forfeited.
• On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, Nels River Guest House & Spa will refund the applicable amount within 7 days. Should refunds to a SWIFT account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
